CONTROL CUBICLES
The cubicles are manufactured from iron sheets with thickness 2mm. They are intended for installation in the control rooms. They consist of front panel (front side), side walls, rear door, ceiling and bottom. Some of these elements can be customized or not installed (eg. intermediate side walls if the cubicles are to be installed in a row or rear doors).
Diagrams are shown on the front side of the cubicles with the location and status of managed devices. The diagrams are made of plastic film with a color corresponding to the rated voltage of the system. They incorporated the relevant control, indicating equipment and metering devices. Each cubicle is designed according to specific project.
The terminal blocks, auxiliary relays and other devices are mounted on bearing rail on the inside of the side walls of the cubicles. Mounting plates are designed for the circuit breakers and switches.
The connections are via flexible copper conductors with cross section of 2,5 mm2 for current circuits and 1,5 mm2 for other circuits. The links are via cable terminals (pins). The perforated plastic cable channels are designed to match also the space needed for incoming control cables. All devices, equipment, terminals blocks are marked with indelible marks.
The rear cabinet doors can be opened at 180 degrees and can be locked at opened position.
The bottom side is design so that the incoming cables can easily enter the cubicle and to be attached at two places on the bearing rails.
The outer sheaths can easily be connected to the earthing system. The bottom sided can be packed with a fire-resistant material.
The equipment and terminals can be supplied by request or can be delivered by the customer. A luminescent lamp and Schuko plug are installed inside the cubicle.
All surfaces of cubicle metal structure are treated against corrosion and painted according to two methods:
- 2 layers of 2 composite ground coat and 2 composite paint;
- heat-polarized powder paint;
Different colors according to the RAL system are available.
