CIVIL WORK

 In the Design department we have separate unit called "Civil Work". This unit engineers only projects for foundations and steel structures for outdoor installed equipment, power transformers, towers and gantries, control and relay buildings. The projects include:

1. Static calculations
2. Foundations
3. Construction - construction drawings of foundations for steel bearing structure and gantries
4. Construction drawings of gates and bearing structures implemented as solid or lattice material of hot galvanized steel profiles, joined by weldings or bolts

All calculations and dimensioning are made with specialized software SAP 2000 ver.11 and TOWER6.

The unit also develop different project for control and relay buildings and switchyards.

The projects include:

• Monolith buildings;

• Premises, build with complex systems - monolithic reinforced concrete foundation and basement to level 0, and steel bearing structure with walls and roof of the three layer panels with mineral wool filling

The designed building include the following parts:

1. Architecture
2. Construction
3. Water and canalization systems
4. Heating and ventilation systems
   
5. Electrical installations
6. Lighting installations
7. Earthing and lightning installations
   

When the building is a new one, we also offer parts:

1. Leveling
2. Roads
3. Fences and etc.
   

The detailed technical specifications, bill of quantities, calculations and explanatory notes are made by all Bulgarian and Internationall standarts.
