ENERGY MANAGEMENT AND MONITORING SYSTEMS

         Recently we started to build systems for energy monitoring and management. Using the system you can monitor all the needed parameters of your system, to print reports, history's, oscillograms and much more.

         We use the SmartNET® system , originally made by SIGMATRON.  SmartNET® is Hi-Tech system whose main job is to organisie and optimize the consummation of electrical power.  

The system by it self have several levels:

1.     Transmitters  – devices that transform physical signals to electrical.

2.     Measuring devices  – they receive data from all transmitters, collect, and calculate the used electrical power;

3.     Communication network – network that connect all measuring devices and workstations;

4.     Workstation – PC whit installed SmartNET® software;

5.     Software – SmartNET® 10.7

 Advantages of SmartNET® system :

• -Adjustable scan periods. The scan period can be 1min or above
  

• -All the data's are stored in database. When the database reaches 1Gb, the database is automatically archived and a new collection is -starting

• -Opportunity to monitor other parameters like water, steam and much more

We use INTEGRA 1630 measuring device. The device uses 2-wire RS485 communication interface and MODBUS communication protocol.

INTEGRA 1630 is measeuring device for elecetrical parametres. It can be connected to 3 or 4 wired 3-phase networks.
