The department was established in 2006 as a result of a growing influx of fiber optic technologies (incl. backbone links, networks and related equipment) in projects implemented by EL-TEST LTD. We aim for complete execution of engineering projects.
As a result of these projects we have outlined the main objectives of our department:

• Design of optical lines
• Design of electrical and optical communication networks
• Implementation and launching of optical networks and lines
• Delivery of materials and active equipment for optical and conventional networks
• Supervision of projects related to optical networks and equipment
• Measurement of optical specification of routes and issuing protocols

The specialists of Inspection body of type "C"  of " EL-TEST " have extensive experience with relay protections. Work on a relay protection includes both setup and testing, and the hard part - configuration. Our specialists have successfully completed a number of courses and trainings for the world's leading manufacturers of digital relay protection - ABB, Siemens, Areva, Schneider electric, etc..

Experts in Inspection body of type "C" to "EL-TEST" have considerable experience in the construction, configuration, setup SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems or SAUP and automation in general. They have certification level B1 for sale and implementation of projects ABB RTU 560.

During the last century energy consumption has raised segnificantly (energy costs too) and because energy resources are deplete it is essential to use them smart. It can be achieved with monitoring and planning of the energy consumption of largest economical subjects. The high energy costs is the main reason to bring into use energy management systems.
